Purple and Green Rustic Wedding

Whew its been a while since I’ve written a post! My husband and I are currently moving to a little farm about 5 min from our current location and we couldn’t be more excited! But with moving comes a ton of stress! We’re finally starting to settle down in our little cottage and really enjoying the beautiful countryside of New Jersey (yes believe it or not there is country life in New Jersey).

Today, I wanted to share with you an inspiration board I put together of a few inspiring photographs and some typography elements I am using for an upcoming Save the Date Booklet I am working on! Angela and Eric are having a rustic wedding in the woods in Pennsylvania and are using my favorite color combination of purple and green. As I was browsing Pinterest for inspiration, I found a TON of rustic wedding goodies from photography to the flowers. I am having so much fun with this wedding theme and I can’t wait to see the outcome! Stay tuned for the final product!

Modern Hawaiian Wedding Invitations

There’s something so special about an invitation that is designed and presented in a way other than a simple 5×7 card in a white envelope. Lauren, from Hawaii (my favorite place in the world), was looking for a non traditional invitation that included the colors cream, wine, and black. She was inspired by my very own Save the Date Booklet and wanted to use that concept for her wedding invitation. What I loved most about this was not only the wonderful choice of colors, but the use of the bold typefaces. The invitation included a hand bound 4 page booklet, wedding invitation, reception menu, a custom map, response card, magnet, and custom envelope liners. Congratulations Lauren and Roel!
